On May 22nd, 2026, a souvenir sheet with one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “World Famous Armenians. 125th Anniversary of Alex Manoogian” has been put into circulation.&nbsp;The postage stamp of the souvenir sheet with the nominal value of 500 AMD depicts the prominent American-Armenian businessman, inventor, benefactor, long-serving president of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU), public figure and the National Hero of Armenia Alex Manoogian (1901-1996).&nbsp;&nbsp;The souvenir sheet depicts the inscriptions “ARMENIAN BUSINESSMAN, INVENTOR, BENEFACTOR” and “125th ANNIVERSARY” in Armenian and English languages.Alex Manoogian invented the world’s first single-handled Delta faucet. With his support, dozens of Armenian schools and cultural centers have been founded and funded around the world.

On May 7th, 2026, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Prominent Armenians. 100th Anniversary of Metaksya Simonyan” has been put into circulation. The postage stamp with the nominal value of 380 AMD depicts the prominent Armenian actress, the People’s Artist of the Armenian SSR Metaksya Simonyan (1926-1987). The right part of the postage stamp depicts several of the characters performed by Metaksya Simonyan.The postage stamp also depicts the inscriptions “METAKSYA SIMONYAN” and “ARMENIAN ACTRESS” in Armenian and English languages.

On May 4th, 2026, a postage stamp dedicated to the theme “The 8th European Political Community Summit in Yerevan” was put into circulation.The postage stamp, with a nominal value of 320 AMD, depicts the official logo of the 8th European Political Community Summit.The lower part of the stamp features the inscription “EPC SUMMIT 04.05.2026 YEREVAN” in Armenian.The European Political Community (EPC) brings together the leaders of European countries in a spirit of unity and shared purpose. It provides a platform for political dialogue and cooperation on issues of common interest, offering a space for European leaders to engage, exchange views, and enhance partnership, while strengthening the security, stability, and prosperity of the European continent.

On April 27th, 2026, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Children’s Philately. Armenian Cartoons” has been put into circulation.&nbsp;The postage stamp with the nominal value of 320 AMD depicts an episode from the Armenian cartoon “…And every evening” (director - Alexander Andranikyan), which was screened in 1987.The bottom part of the postage stamp depicts the inscription “…AND EVERY EVENING” in Armenian and English languages.

The postage stamp also depicts the inscription “HELLO, IT’S ME” in Armenian and English languages. &nbsp;The souvenir sheet also depicts the inscription “ARMENIAN FILMS” in Armenian and English languages.&nbsp;

XXV Winter Olympic Games” has been put into circulation. &nbsp;The postage stamp with the nominal value of 380 AMD depicts ski goggles, the Olympic rings, and snow-capped mountains.&nbsp;The stamp also depicts the inscription “XXV WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES” in Armenian and English.&nbsp;

On April 16th, 2026, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Armenian Heritage. Meghri-CIS cultural capital” has been put into circulation.The postage stamp with the nominal value of 320 AMD depicts the logotype of “Meghri - CIS Cultural Capital” and the bottom of the postage stamp depicts the inscription “MEGHRI - CIS CULTURAL CAPITAL” in English language.By the decision of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, Meghri has been declared as the CIS Cultural Capital for 2026.

On April 10th, 2026, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “International. Europa 2026. 70th Anniversary of the EUROPA stamp” has been put into circulation.The postage stamp with the nominal value of 400 AMD combines abstract and symbolic elements. The diagonal line represents a stamp’sperforation and the shared work of Europe’s postal services over seven decades. The color composition reflects the flags of the European countries and symbolises the sense of unity among the member states.This motif won the design competition organized by PostEurop on the theme “70th Anniversary of the EUROPA Stamp”. The entry was submitted by Posti Finland and designed by Finnish artist Klaus Welp.The stamp is issued within the frames of “EUROPA” annual International Competition of the Association of European Postal Operators (PostEurop). EUROPA stamps underline the development of the cooperation among European Postal Operators.&nbsp;

International. EUROPA 2026. 70th Anniversary of the EUROPA stamp

Оn March 17h, 2026 nine postage stamps dedicated to the theme “20th Definitive Issue. Armenian Coats of Arms” have been put into circulation. The postage stamps depict the Coat of Arms of the Armenian King of Cilicia Levon I (XII-XIII cc.) against the background of the Armenian ornament.The postage stamps also depict the inscriptions “COAT OF ARMS OF KING LEVON I”, “ARMENIAN KINGDOM OF CILICIA” in Armenian and English languages.
