On July 24th, 2023, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Prominent Armenians. 100th Anniversary of Lyudvik Mirzoyan” has been put into circulation.The postage stamp with the nominal value of 380 AMD depicts a prominent Armenian scientist, astrophysicist Lyudvik Mirzoyan (1923-1999) against the background of Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory.The postage stamp depicts the inscriptions “LYUDVIK MIRZOYAN” and “ARMENIAN ASTROPHYSICIST” in Armenian and English languages.

On July 11th, 2023, a souvenir sheet with two postage stamps under the theme “Religion and Culture. Cultural Crime” has been put into circulation.The postage stamp of the souvenir sheet with the nominal value of 940 AMD depicts the Armenian cemetery of Julfa and the postage stamp of the souvenir sheet with the nominal value of 950 AMD depicts the same cemetery after the targeted destruction of the Armenian cross-stones (khachkars) by Azerbaijan in 2005.&nbsp;The background of the souvenir sheet depicts the photos of the destruction of the numerous Armenian cross-stones (khachkars) of the XVI-XVIII centuries of the Armenian cemetery of Julfa located in Nakhijevan. &nbsp;The souvenir sheet also depicts the inscriptions “ARMENIAN CEMETERY OF JULFA” and “THE DESTRUCTION OF ARMENIAN CROSS-STONES (KHACHKARS) OF THE XVI-XVIII CENTURIES IN NAKHIJEVAN” in Armenian and English languages.

House of Communication” has been put into circulation.The right part of the postage stamp with the nominal value of 380 AMD depict the building of the House of Communication of the Republic of Armenia (1956) which is the current Post Office building. The left part of the postage stamp depicts the building of the House of Communication built in 1935 and the left corner of the postage stamp depicts its layout.The postage stamp also depicts the inscription “HOUSE OF COMMUNICATION” in Armenian and English languages.

It is prepared with beans, lentils, chickpeas, peas, and groats, wrapped in cabbage or grape leaves. Pasuts Tolma is considered a festive dish and prepared mainly during the Great Lent.
